3.2 Account Security

- You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify cb44 support immediately.
- It is recommended that only one account be operated from a single device or internet connection.
3.3 Identity Verification
cb44 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time to maintain the security and integrity of the platform. This process may involve requesting a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Failure to submit documents within the specified time may result in temporary account suspension.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
cb44 supports deposits and withdrawals through all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Deposit Limits & Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same limit applies for all methods).
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Deposited funds will only be credited to the cb44 account registered under the same name as the account from which the payment was sent.
- Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Process
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit — funds will be returned to the original payment source.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
cb44 offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 would reach the maximum bonus cap, adding ৳5,000 for a total of ৳11,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
- Bets placed with bonus funds must meet the minimum odds set by cb44's conditions.
- Restrictions on using bonuses in certain games may apply — detailed terms for each promotion will be provided separately.
- cb44 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any offer or promotion.
5.4 VIP Program
The cb44 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Players advance to higher tiers gradually based on their activity. VIP benefits and cashback rates are determined according to the applicable terms.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
cb44 operates under a fair play policy. All of our games are run using impartial technology. Any game or bet may be declared void due to a technical error or system failure, in which case the staked amount will be refunded.
6.2 Betting Rules
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- cb44 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
- In sports betting, separate rules apply for general markets and odds.
- For live casino and slots games, the game provider's rules will apply.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, device failure, or other technical issues, cb44 will determine the result based on information stored in the system. Any complaints in such situations must be reported to support within 24 hours.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on cb44 and will be considered serious violations of these Terms:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Opening an account using a false identity or a third party's information.
- Strategic play intended to unfairly claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
- Attempting to exploit bonus benefits risk-free by placing two opposing bets.
- Knowingly exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
- Using stolen or fraudulently obtained funds to make payments to the account.
- Using the cb44 platform for money laundering purposes.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Using malicious software or automated programs on the cb44 system.
Limitation of Liability
cb44 makes every effort to operate its platform with a high standard of security and reliability. However, cb44's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:
- Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or faults with the user's device.
- Service disruption caused by natural disasters, power outages, or other uncontrollable events.
- Delays in transactions caused by third-party payment service providers.
- Losses suffered by a user as a result of sharing their own login details with another person.
- Normal outcomes of winning or losing in games — cb44 is not responsible for financial losses incurred through gaming.
Account Closure & Termination
9.1 Closure at the User's Request
Any user may request to close their account at any time. Please withdraw your current balance (subject to any bonus wagering requirements being met) before the account is closed. Following the request, the support team will close the account by following the designated process.
9.2 Closure or Suspension by cb44
cb44 may close or suspend an account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Evidence of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Failure to cooperate with identity or age verification.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
9.3 Self-Exclusion
